I have been in the computer industry for 30+ years. During that time my experience has been in main frame software development, database design, development and administration, PC hardware support, PC software development and internet web software and application development. For the last 15+ years my focus has been on internet web and application development with database backbends (Oracle, SQL Server and MS Access) and Active Server Page frontends. My areas of expertise in these areas are from site and application conception to design and development and then into implementation and ongoing support and enhancements.

"From conception to implementation and support". This covers a lot of ground in the internet arena. I assist my clients from the initial design to the implementation and support of their site. The internet is an expanding universe and adapting new technology and ideas is a corporative effort on the part of my clients and myself. I feel they need to know all of their options before beginning a project. These options include hosting, databases, internet web consulting, software development and on going support for issues and enhancements. My clients are better informed and better equipped to make decisions on internet issues than most clients in the market. I give my clients this knowledge in order for them to make better decisions on the direction of their internet projects.

I'm here to help, not tell them what they need or will get. By being better informed prior to deciding on a direction, there is less chance of "hidden cost" and unknown issues.

"Support never ends". The question is how much it will cost, what is the response time, and the method of tracking issues and enhancements. By implementing a tracking system on my web site, I give my clients a method to track issues, enhancements and the cost of these changes. Tracking theses areas leaves less room for projects, enhancements, issues, quotes and just plain questions to fall through the cracks and the client not get the answers they need to make responsible decisions on their internet presence.
